Research & development
Material expertise.
Component-level control.
We develop production technologies and new elastomer materials. Combining laboratory research with component and tooling design helps us bring R&D results into manufacturing.

Our laboratory
Testing materials
under relevant conditions
Our laboratory tests materials and finished components in their original condition and after ageing in hot and cold air or chemical media. This allows us to compare their properties before and after exposure to specific conditions.
We use equipment from Instron, Hildebrand, Mitutoyo and Memmert. Licensed software supports monitoring, control, analysis and archiving of test results.

2D and 3D component
and mould design
Our engineers design components and moulds with CAD/CAM/CAE systems. We combine knowledge of elastomer compounds with tooling engineering and manufacturing technology. Regular investment in research and development helps us strengthen this expertise.
